Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory - Level 6
At the Children's Heart Center Vienna, about 250 examinations and interventions are performed per year. We have our own state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory with a biplane cardangiography unit for the diagnosis and treatment of childhood heart disease. We offer the entire spectrum of modern catheter interventional therapy (see range of services). The innovative technology allows us to reduce the exposure of patients to X-rays to a minimum.
