The spectrum of research topics at the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine ranges from pure basic research to clinical research questions in various specialist areas of pediatrics.
The different research topics are assigned to the research structures and the senior contact persons are named.
As the largest pediatric institution in Austria, we have been able to position ourselves at the forefront of European research.
Clinical research covers many specialist areas of pediatrics and has been organizationally divided into 5 research competence centers. More than 300 impact factor points are generated every year.
