Option to seek a second opinion
Everyone has the right to seek a second medical opinion—especially when it comes to treatment decisions for children and adolescents.
If you wish to do so, we’ll be happy to assist you in compiling all necessary documents, such as test results, imaging, and treatment plans. Please fill out the second opinion form and email it, along with all the specified documents, to ped_neurooncology@meduniwien.ac.at.
We take your request seriously and will discuss it with our panel of experts as soon as possible.
Applied, patient-centered clinical research is essential for improving the prevention, detection, and treatment of diseases. Studies are subject to national and international guidelines and adhere to ethical principles.
